Training
Upon request, Miro Technologies may provide you documentation regarding
the types of training programs available and pricing therein for
both on-site and off-site training. Training should relate to Computer
Information Systems and/or system maintenance and to users of each
facet of the software application.
On-Site Training
Level One training is provided by Miro Technologies functional experts
at the customer site during daily, in-house sessions. A Miro
functional expert will provide one-on-one training to individuals
designated by the customer as "super-users". Level one
training is intended to elevate the competence of these individuals
in the specific areas of product functionality requested by the
customer. This training is focused on your organization, no time
is lost to travel, and time away from the office is minimized.
Workshops
Level Two training is provided in a workshop format over a three-day
timeframe. Workshops are offered either in-house or at Miro Technologies’s
La Jolla office.
These workshops maximize impact through the one-on-one interaction
that occurs between your functional users and our functional experts.
Organizations will want to schedule a Level Two workshop whenever
additional expertise is needed to perform at a level above the norm.
Classroom Training
Level Three training is provided by Miro Technologies functional
experts at the customer site during one week, in-house, training
sessions. Two Miro Functional Experts provide on-site classroom
training sessions over a 5-day period. These sessions are intended
to deliver the greatest impact since the training is focused on
your organization, no time is lost to travel, and time away from
the office is minimized.
