Implementation
Miro's implementation approach has proven trouble free and
successful in multiple industries, across many of our customers.
The initial phase will consist of the following
major elements:
- Site Survey, where we map the in-place business processes to
the software application.
- Creation of User Guides as they relate to your business processes.
- Preparation of the applications for install.
- Data Conversion mapping and execution.
- Install applications on your company-owned server(s).
The Miro plan assumes that the required level of customer support
will be provided in the areas of data provision, site survey support,
testing, and program management. In addition, this plan is based
around Miro enabling and certifying your trainers so that they
may manage the dynamic requirements of the ongoing training load
effectively.
Phase 2 commences once the findings from the Site
Survey are complete. This phase consists of the following major
elements:
- Tailor enhancements to application interfaces
- Complete the CMS (Configuration Management System) development and integration
- Integrate the Miro Training and Certifications application
- Update of User Guides as appropriate
- Validation testing of the whole solution by Miro and customer
personnel
- Train core trainers in the use of the application relating
to the User Guides.
- Upgrade the installed systems
- Train core trainers on the upgraded application set
- Go-Live preparation followed by the Go-Live milestone of the
final solution
- Customer Acceptance Testing of the installed solution.
- Post GoLlive support to your customer support services
