GOLD™ Implemented at Aerospace Integration Corporation

La Jolla, CA, USA. — February 15, 2005

MIRO Technologies GOLD™ software was successfully implemented at Aerospace Integration Corporation (AIC), Crestview, FL in support of the Aircrew Information Mapping System (AIMS) for the AC-130H gunship for the US Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC).

GOLD™ was selected by AIC for its robust inventory management capabilities and ability to communicate seamlessly with DOD legacy supply systems, like the USAF Standard Base Supply System. GOLD is a Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) product, representing Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) industry best-practice processes in a Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) environment. It allows a contractor to support an installed weapons system by acting as a Contractor Inventory Control Point (C-ICP). GOLD supports 11 of 14 USAF Contractor Supported Weapons System (CSWS) today.

AIC is a uniquely diversified, high technology company delivering leading-edge solutions to the Department of Defense (DoD). AIC's principal focus is supporting organizations and systems of America's Special Operations Forces (SOF) with a unique quick-response capability. AIC teams with vast technical knowledge and system-specific experience work in concert to engineer cost-effective turnkey solutions, and then fully integrate those solutions into various SOF special-mission platforms and systems. AIC maintains diversified operations in nine states including a state-of-the-art aircraft modification and manufacturing facility in Crestview, Florida, and program offices in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, and Washington [State].

"We are thrilled about the success of the implementation at AIC," said Vince Monteparte, President of MIRO Technologies. "This implementation shows the versatility of GOLD as an integrated contractor logistics support system and solidifies our standing as the system of choice when it comes to CLS."

"AIC recognized GOLD software as an extremely powerful and versatile tool for managing CSWS logistics data relating to item-management responsibilities," said AIC Director of Logistics Howard Hill. "GOLD™ software enables AIC to exchange essential logistics data with government agencies in standard DoD formats. The GOLD suite of logistics software has clearly enhanced support to our primary customer, the Air Force Special Operations Command," said Hill.
