The Systems Analyst works under the supervision of the Product Design Manager, developing Miro's core product offering GOLDesp™. The systems analyst performs a variety of tasks from evaluating business systems and user needs through to actual analysis, design, testing and documentation.

To work as a member of the Deployment Services team who deal with the Installation, Support and Configuration Management of the MIRO Technologies product lines. This role is with the Configuration Management side of the Department.

Responsible for automated logistical software training. Develops and modifies lesson plans, coordinates training aids and student scheduling. Serves as a primary instructor for SAMS-E I IE functional and technical courses covering Maintenance Management, Production Control. Supply Management and System Administration.
